For over 28 years, my life has been an extraordinary journey through the worlds of wine and gastronomy, taking me to every corner of the globe. From discovering exceptional wines to exploring culinary traditions, each step has shaped my path and ultimately brought me back to my homeland—Burgundy. There, after completing professional training at the CFPPA of Beaune as a wine consultant and private tour organizer, I reinvented myself to share the region I love with those eager to uncover its hidden treasures.
