Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policy: • All reservations must be made in advance through our official website or authorized booking platforms. • A deposit (as specified per service) is required to secure your booking. • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful reservation. Please verify all details and contact us within 24 hours if corrections are needed. • Special requests (dietary restrictions, accessibility and wine tasting needs, etc.) should be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellation Policy • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. • All cancellation requests must be sent via email or processed directly through the booking platform. • In case of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, emergencies), we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel with a full refund offered. Waitlist Policy • If a service is fully booked, clients may opt to join our waitlist. • Waitlist spots are managed on a first-come, first-served basis. • If a slot becomes available, we will contact the next person on the list via email or phone. A prompt response is required to confirm the booking. • No payment is required to join the waitlist; however, once offered a spot, standard reservation and cancellation policies apply.
